Queens Hotels

Often times when people arrive at LaGuardia or John F. Kennedy International airports in Queens, they head straight for attractions in Manhattan, such as Central Park or Madiso Square Garden. What most people don't realize is how many things to do there are in the borough of Queens. Queens is divided up into small neighborhoods that are almost more akin to small towns. The neighborhood cafes each feature a different type of cuisine-- anything from Portuguese food to Russian cuisine can be found in Queens. Jackson Heights and Astoria are two interesting neighborhoods that are worth exploring when staying at hotels in Queens New York City. Guests of hotels in Queens New York City should take a visit to the Isamu Noguchi Garden Museum and the Contemporary Art Museum. One reason to stay in hotels in Queens is to save money. Cheap hotels in Queens cost a fraction of the price of hotels in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
The Pan American hotel is located on Queens Boulevard, less than a 20 minute drive from Midtown Manhattan. It's also less than seven miles from both LaGuardia and JFK Airports. As far as cheap hotels in Queens go, the Pan American hotel is definitely one of your best bets. The friendly staff will pick you up from both airports and will provide you with directions to anywhere in the city. While there isn't an onsite fitness center, guests will be provided with free passes to a nearby Bally's Health Club. There is wireless internet service, but at an extra fee. Duke's Steakhouse is a delicious restaurant to eat at any time of the day. A subway stop is only four blocks away from the hotel and provides access to anywhere in the city.
